Next AST Intro Course: Jan. 5th, 2020
Trainers work closely with large numbers of people to help them achieve their fitness and health goals. Injuries are bound to happen to your clients. This delays their progress toward their goals, and may even stop their fitness routine altogether. For the trainer, this can cost you valuable time and momentum to help them, and at the end of the day, may even effect your bottom line.
IF your answers to the questions below do NOT involve YOU, or someone who knows and supports you, our program is for YOU!
– Can you help your clients recover faster from injuries?
– What do you do when your client complains of shoulder pain? Low back pain? Knee pain?
– Do you know the Doctor or Massage Therapist that you send your clients to for help with their injuries?
– Does that Doctor or Massage Therapist send clients to you?
The AST Introductory class is the first step toward becoming “The Trainer of the Future.”
Here is some of what you will get from this class:
- 1. Connection with health professionals who you can refer to, AND that will refer to YOU (once you’re trained).
- 2. Learning the value of your role in the RIGHT health care system.
- 3. Understanding that technique failure is when your clients change their workout so they can attempt to continue training.
- 4. Learning that technique failure by your clients increases the likelihood of an injury.
- 5. How to identify technique failure early to help prevent injuries.
- 6. Two key steps to limit technique failure
- 7. Which clients to pay special attention to for technique failure.
